We ship products to all places in USA. We ship within 24-48 hours except for products which are high in demand or handmade. It typically varies anywhere between 3-5 days once the payment is made. Please contact us at hi@enumu.com for International shipping as it may vary based on the weight.

No. We don't. We will try to work with you by contacting you but if we can't find an alternate address, we will be forced to cancel your order.Sorry!
It may take anywhere between 4-6 weeks. We are a small company and while we try to process your order as soon as possible.We have limited quantities and we try our best to fulfill your request instead of not accepting the order. We have experienced a high volume of orders since our launch (almost 4 times the expected orders and Yes, we totally under estimated it)and so, it is taking us time to process your orders at this time. Don't worry, we are taking active measures to complete these orders quickly which means you will see much quicker turn around time in future.
We are working towards charging your payment once we ship the orders. Unfortunately, since we are manually taking the orders via bank deposits and COD's, we need to confirm the bank transfer which is when we can ship the product. Don't worry! We will keep sending you email updates in order to keep you posted
We will send the shipment tracking number and shipping notification once your order gets shipped.
We are offering only COD and Bank deposits at this point. We would likely accept credit cards and other payment methods by the end of March/April-2015

Our items are described to the best of our abilities in every product description and in pictures. Before you make an order, please read the description carefully. The pictures may have slight variation from the actual product as they are enhanced to describe the intricate jewelry design.All our products go through strict quality control and sometimes, we have gone so far to delay the shipment or cancel the order just to ensure the best quality. Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). Please send us the photograph of the product and follow the steps below : 1. Contact us at hi@enumu.com with in 1-2 days of the order delivery as we should receive the item with in 7 days to process the refund. Send us the photograph of the damaged product. 2. After you send the photograph, Enumu team will make the final decision regarding the return and it is final. 3. Refund will be made in the form of a gift card from the store and it can be used to purchase any item from the store. We make every effort to describe the sizes in our product description including the metal type, gem type etc.No refunds will be made if there is Sizing issues or any fault which is not associated with Enumu ( like outdated address, customer not at home after three attempted deliveries, wrong address, etc)

While we make an honest attempt at getting everything accurate, it is often not possible to get the exact colors or sizes. Images are often taken at an angle to show all the small intricacies involved in the design and the colors/sizes may vary depending on the lights used during the photography. Please read the description of every product and measure the sizes(esp for products like rings) before placing the order
